VERY VERY proud of daughters first mile in 8.00 min. Unaffiliated 5:33 5:33 5:35 5:33 81.57
JPK No idea what I can do at this short length. Based on my 5 mile pb (35mins), maybe 6min something?
result: Got inside 6 mins!!! :) Went with the 6 min and less group that I think made me run quicker than I would have. Reading Joggers 5:41 5:41 5:54 65.60
keets Went with the sub 6 minute group against my better judgement after much coaxing from Mrs Keets. Hung on at the end and came in suprisingly under 6 minutes. Whoever said the third lap is the worse was right. I'm still coughing. :) Big thanks to Ruth and everyone who helped out. Really enjoyed the day and the cakes, muffins, do-nuts, biscuits... When is the next one? :) Unaffiliated 5:52 5:52 6:30 5:57 65.95

manicstreetpounder 5.30 might be an optimistic target, given that I've just started seriously upping the mileage, training for a marathon...but we'll see...Very pleased with the time - thanks to whoever it was I tagged onto the whole way round! Big thanks to Ruth for organising and everyone else who helped from me and my kids who really enjoyed it too!!! Unaffiliated 5:22 5:22 5:30 5:29 72.08

Rach E Recently did a not-quite-flat-out 1500m in 5:04 so would like to get close to 5:20. ***UPDATE*** Had no speed, ran badly and am a bit gutted I just can't do the mile. I enjoyed the day though and was more pleased with my pacing than my mile. Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 5:33 5:40 5:20 5:40 74.41
RFJ Both Jnr and I will there for this, Just back from the fetch mile,

Jnr thrashed me... 5:49 to my poor 6:03, I had a poor 2nd lap again. (1:29, 1:34, 1:32 and 1:24) lack of concertration. Jnrs time is actually better than my PB now.....
