Breezy Hadn't a clue what to aim fastest mile in a 10k was 7.20 but really chuffed with my time and really enjoyed racing over this distance on a track. I felt like Ovett, Coe and Cram all rolled into one. Unaffiliated 5:57 5:57 7:00 6:15 61.88

Geprig Only ever did this once before and I was freezing so had to run quick. Hopefully won't slow down too much in warmer weather UPDATE. I just can't believe it.
