Great park run my local around the beautiful ferry meadows nice flat course and a good cafe for a coffee cake and chat after what more could you ask for billywhizz88 3rd Mar 2019

Keep changing the course get to the front if you want quick 500/600 normally you get a up/down bit in the middle which can stop overtaking easy. Still a quick course with nice café and get the code for discount on parking.
Hills of Death (HOD) 22nd Mar 2019
Just 1 lap it's ran around the lakes in Ferry Meadows. Ran on tarmac, crossing a wooden bridge once and a concrete bridge twice it loops around a copse and comes back on itself. This part is a little congested. Very beautiful given good weather.

1k loop out for 2k then back on same path with runners going both ways then a right turn with 200m to the finish

A lovely course although paths quiet narrow and two way in places. Definitely need to get near the front if you want a time. Parking £1 with a barcode and toilets before the start.
