Gandhi Last minute decision to do this. Entered on the day. Mary was injured so I didn't want to go all the way to Norwich to do the CR 10k on my own.Really enjoyed the run in the wind & the sun. Started off very slowly & not feeling too good. Think I still had some of last weeks marathon in my legs. Started to find it easier after about 3-4 miles.Went a bit quicker on the second lap & really enjoyed it.Fastest half since the heart attack. Coltishall Jaguars 1:42:03 1:55:21 1:55:21 62.30
