Cats Whiskers Unofficial time for 3rd leg. Much better than performance in individual 400m, where I was a bit cautious (remembering how much it used to hurt!). We were last going into my leg, so I had no choice but to hit it hard right from the start. Legs felt as though they'd finally warmed up and I rediscovered my knee-lift! Loved this.
