Boingy Absolutely fantastic race tonight. I tailed one of the faster women runners from the start, and stuck with her right until 100yrd from the finish. This strategy, plus great running conditions, meant I knocked a full 80s off my PB !! I'm SO chuffed :-). My speed training at the track seems to have worked wonders.
