monki Very pleased. Really enjoyable run after the hideous 10 miler on Tuesday. Cold, windy but surrounded by friends and felt good running for the first time in ages. A 'sort of' PB helps as well. Unaffiliated 42:52 47:23 47:33 55.70
PlodderRW Successfully added 6 mins to 10K time in 7 months. Needed that kick up the @rse, felt shattered on the run, couldn't have gone any faster, but two days later out for a really good sprightly one which wouldn't usually if raced well.
