Em Eating chips and being woken at 12:50 the night before didnt help with a good run here, felt sick at 4k and 8k, very hot and didnt feel very good by last k, although felt pretty even most of way round. Dont no why this course is so hard. Did see your back RGP for the first k. Unaffiliated 51:08 53:33 53:33 56.10

Jock Itch New PB. Overcast and quite humid. Got held up at start but managed to push on and finish in a reasonably good time. Will improve next time too. FERC 34:25 38:56 38:30 38:56 68.71
kirky Quite a muggy day. Not done too much training and had done a 40 mile cycle ride the day before so not a bad time!

RG Postie (RGP) Didn't know where we was going and how long it would take to get there so arrived way too early (PB thanks for the map it was a god send),I ran an ok race, the knee held out ok with only a few niggles between 6-8k,a loverly course and the 2nd 5k along the tow path was really enjoyable, thanks to the 26.2 lady who paced me for the last 4k (you have a peach of a bum),it was great to see you all afterwards at the pub,a few old faces and plenty of new ones, see you all again sometime,en masse at BPTT maybe.Em next time you and RP should come over and say hi. skiddy! First race ever and not bad for someone who can't run.
Organisation was superb with lots of encouragement along the way, and I didn't feel silly.

Stumpy PB!!!!!!! by about a minute and a half! very happy. very very happy. making 50 would have been nice, but still very chuffed. something to aim for next time. thank god the weather was more forgiving than recently! altho still very hot. good gossip and lunch after. :o) FERC 50:36 50:36 50:36 59.58
surreystriderâ„¢ Ignore the time for this one. I was running with a neighbour trying to pace her to finish under an hour. I failed. Unaffiliated 44:42 53:21 1:04:14 41.65
Tappers lovely day I managed to throw away a really good time by slacking at 7-8 Km mark, did run 4.01 last km. Spent a nice time in the pub with numerous fetchers. Walton AC 42:49 43:30 43:00 43:30 62.14
Toks The weather was lovely, not too hot and it didn't rain, was very pleased with my time and meeting fellow fetchies was great!!! FERC 1:07:50 1:10:46 1:15:00 1:13:59 40.49
XFR Bear Chuffed to bits with that - was overcast but still got hot a few kilometres in.

Had planned to start off at 4:50kms and then ease back in the second half to squeeze in just inder 50, but managed 4:40s and 4:45s to give me a bigger buffer - but amazingly didn't slow down much. Fabulous :-)

Great lunch after too! Unaffiliated 48:22 48:22 50:00 48:22 58.00
Yazoo A PB so guess I should be pleased but was really hoping to go a bit quicker. Been doing lots of big miles in training recently so probably no surprise that I was slower than I thought. Every km (apart from the last) got slightly slower... sure that's not ideal pacing! Runnymede Runners 35:58 36:14 36:14 73.10
