WillBill Got to run this time. Calves still a little tender after Thursday's Parlauf so started gently - not that I saw much point in blasting up Ringing Roger anyway. Nice run down & up Win Hill. Went through a bad patch in the wind-less warmth of Hope (I was clad for the windy tops) but felt better on Lose Hill. Slowly hauled back a few places on the nice run along to Mam Tor and on the tough, boggy crossing of Brown Knoll. Ran out of steam somewhat approaching Grindslow Knoll - should have eaten sooner - and struggled on the Fife AC 4:18:50 3:24:14 50.10
