Cheeseman75 Well great race to meet many fechies today, and what a race. Great to have achieved the 20 mile mark.
The wind on the return lap was tough especially as your body is crying out to stop running. Lots of good support from other runners and will be looking to do this one again next year.

Dickie York Hope to put in a good pace, long training run for FLM.
Had a good run, thanks to a team mate Simon was able to run with him at ~6.30min/mile pace with him till about 15 miles when his legs where better than mine, finished about 1.30 min or so behind him.
Finished 31st.
PB by almost 5 min.
Looking good for FLM. Pocklington Runners 2:00:57 2:13:42 2:25:00 2:13:42 69.85

Fawkes Really enjoyed the race and the course, bit outside what I was after in terms of pace but happy with running today, didn't go off like a train and die in the 2nd half which is good news! Mossley Hill AC 2:08:46 2:08:46 2:08:46 70.96

Hawkins Felt excellent during the first half of the race and got to halfway in 1:30:40. Second half was tougher due to a nasty headwind but really pleased with my time, especially given that I couldn't run much further than 3 miles on Friday due to back spasms. swittle The third of three 20s in three weeks - eek! **Update** This proved to be the toughest, even though it's a good course, light on traffice & well marshalled. 8min/mil pace to 15, then the wheels dropped off. Thanks to Sarah from Pudsey for shepherding me from 19 to 20 :) Red Herring Road Runners 2:27:09 2:43:22 3:00:00 2:43:22 65.25

WACA Great! Started at a 7 min/ mile pace and kept it going. V. pleased as finished strongly. Would go for 7 min/ miling at London on this basis but of course the temptation now to go 6.51 is going to be hard to ignore! Great organisation, thanks Hull.
