toepointer Not the best preperation as had decided not to do this race and hence the week before had done on Sunday a long run, Monday hard speed session, Tuesday a tempo run, Wednesday a fatrtlek session and Thursday another speed session. But decided since not racing much in the coming weeks, I should do this and tomorrow's local race as well. Felt quite good, but too hilly and muddy for me and lost a few places due to being winded when fell after my leg sinking in up to its knee in a bog. Then backed off for the second lap as racing the following week. Finished 52nd, not too tired. Lasswade AC 30:58 30:58 30:58 61.39
