baz p 9k distance from garmin. course was good, challanging. cut up after 2nd/3rd laps, ice didnt cause too many problems. good field and definately better of the courses over the last 3 xc's. roll on falkirk Falkirk Victoria Harriers 31:22 37:03 37:03 63.99
RichyC Course measured a bit longer than last time I did it but not quite enough to justify me being 3mins down on last time! Dunno if it was the conditions but no spark or competitive edge there today, just going through the motions really. Unaffiliated 34:01 34:09 38:40 61.21
jamborigg Enjoyed today,s race ,wasnt sure how the legs would be after yesterdays 16 miles so took the 1st lap easy and gradually speeded up so was pleased with that good to see Lexo running well ,well don mate Lothian RC 34:27 34:27 39:14 63.75
cake muncher Ran a complete shocker, at least a minute off what I'd expect. Never seen so much dog shit lying around a course and cold showers - pretty grim! Falkland Trail Runners 34:41 37:30 37:30 67.76
Baza What can i say, off day - crap run, then again we ran through plenty of that too, along with ice & snow!! Had my 1st decent training session in 4 weeks on Tuesday and I could stil feel the legs being heavy. Never mind, roads are clear now, some decent training to come hopefully. Good to see a few fetchies out today thought, well done all Carnegie Harriers 35:05 39:37 39:37 60.13

Lexo Enjoyed the run today. Like this course. Conditions underfoot a bit icy in parts(to be expected) and nearly came a croper a few times down the first mad slope and ran out of puff a bit on the last lap so a bit rusty over the distance, but other than that an enjoyable experience. Think this is closer to 9K than 8K and seemed even longer . Good field and nice to see all the familiar faces doing well, Richy C,Gav,thin k I saw Bazza in there somewhere as well, and always reassuring to see the familar sight of Jamborigg sailing past me on the end of the first lap. Good stuff. Musselburgh & District Athletic Club 36:09 36:09 41:04 59.96
HappyG(rrr) Sore left hip/groin, so went slow. Didn't want to let club down, as we don't always get 6 counting. But we had 8 out. Bril. I was 6th for the club, so counted at least! Well done the faster guys. We actually did OK today! Great course and good chat - club ceilidh at night, so was fun to see folk racing first! :-)G Harmeny AC, Kinross Road Runners 36:16 44:47 44:47 54.98
