kyt great wee-town run. shame to see Dunlop House unused. Well supported and marshalled. Massive negative split - must have come back in under 20 minutes. Unaffiliated 39:45 41:59 43:00 42:36 64.20
The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Garmin shows a bit short, might have missed a bit at start. But better than yesterday. Typical North Ayrshire village / town course like the old days. Big well done to the organisers for getting this off the ground. Ran just in front of Ian for nearly entire race. Fusion Triathlon Club 40:34 44:26 45:48 60.98

ian9657 Hot Hilly and Windy Course, I ran a lot of it just behind or in front of Helen Morton. Finished in 22nd posn. A lot of Killie and Irvine Club runners ahead of me. Hard but enjoyable, felt that I was running strong. Glasgow South Running Club 41:35 42:53 46:19 65.41
