Gokeith ran ok uphill struggled on the downhill sections-lost a lot of time from halfway-managed to finish half decent from about 1.5miles out finished 9th and got beat from that wee jobby hannkies Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Loudoun Runners AC 37:37 37:37 37:37 76.16
hannkies Chuffed with this- finished 5th and ran well. Still think and hope theres a bit to come though. Got into a wee group from around halfway, and was pleased to hold onto my position. shannon homecoming....last time i ran up the closing straight I was in primary school! steady hill climb up to halfway then all the way back down, so pleased with my time considering i've not raced for a while. A lovely night and only a 5min walk for my tea, canny beat it. 24th overall. Garscube Harriers 41:40 41:40 41:40 66.75
