Tick Tock Tim Interesting course! First 1k down quite steep hill, then upto 4k alongside road towards Loch Lomond. Then course changed seriously uphill on farm track and through muddy forest tracks, alot of peeps reduced to walking. Just as I passed 8km, you venture out of the forest and last 2 kms are downhill, allowing you to make up some time! Pleased with time, buildup for Glasgow 1/2m in 2 weeks.
