Jonny Measured the route to be about 29 miles. Not a good run today, didn't sleep much at all through the night & didn't eat much either. Started off too fast but taught me a lesson over the next 2 days. Pretty miserable weather from 20 miles on & muddy. Found it tough going from about 10 miles on. Nice views & hills!!! mackfly itb problems after 10 miles which just got steadily worse and had to walk a large chunk of the final 10 miles. Total distance was 29.74 with probably 1/2 mile of wrong turns. Unable to run the next day as pain came back after less than a mile. Nice course and very well organized.
