herny started too fast, hilly first 5k, let brendan move on but caught him again at 7k, had pee and caught him again 7k, lost 40 secs on pee stop, big hill for finish....not bad for first race of 2011 and pretty inconsistent training finished 491 out of 938 = 48% Unaffiliated 50:05 50:05 55:00 55:35 49.68
