Glevum Runner Smashed PB by over 18 minutes. Ran really well especially as conditions were really windy at open end of the water. One unscheduled toilet stop. Hopefully that was down to the cold wind. Drinks were really cold so had to swill them round my mouth to warm them up. Kept getting stomach cramps think it was the cold wind and drink. Need to find way of keeping drinks warmer. My fastest mile was the last one which was good. Beat a couple of people I've not beaten before. UltraDunc Now that I know a little more than I did last year a sub 5 attempt will be trained for in the long , dark cold months ahead .
