Heavyweight Always going to be a bit of a struggle after the previous evenings' h/m. But I took it steady and gained a few places in the second half.Well organised race & very scenic, hills weren't too demanding but the weather made it all a bit of a struggle. Running Fish enjoyed this race. one of the few times i've decided to race for position rather than time. knew 1st and 2nd were too far away, but manageed to keep 3rd and 4th in sight until the last climb hoping they would tie up, and the plan worked. within 3mins of race winner who's a 73min 1/2m runner, so again confirms that i'm ok off-road, but crap on road.
