giggsy Hpoing to dip under 19 mins for this one.......Well, pleased with the time but left with the distinct feeling that it could have been so much better. I went too quickly at the start (again - I'll never learn!) and paid for it on the last mile - felt like I was going backwards. But, another PB and still feel that there's room for improvement.
