Lethargic Tempo run after the mile, strange new course, fast but dangerous unlit road and bend. Good run, started steady and ovetook 10 or so, good to see the speedsters after the turn. finished well. 5.25 pace, after a fliying mile. good. Minute off my pb, but half mara pace. New shoes good.
