Pricey sorry to anyone who bet on me but there are some good reasons I didn't get a PB tonight: - longer course than normal as has now been officially measured (adds at least 10 secs to time) - small/slow field (I lead virtually whole way so had to try and push pace on my own) - have had a sore throat and am dosed up on ibuprofen & paracetamol - have done no VO2 training taking into account the above am satisfied with this race. Had the course been the same as it has been previously, I'd have run a PB UKnetrunner 16:01 16:05 16:30 16:55 75.96
