Boab This is a tough course, and again my speed endurance let me down. Three miles 17:14, then my legs just filled with lead, last two miles in 13 minutes at least. There are no flat bits on this course, only up or down, and the midges were rife, I have at least 30 bites on my legs and arms. This the first in a series of 5 (I think) so will do the series as I still came in 6th even with the terrible time. Unaffiliated 26:05 28:33 30:18 69.81
