Birdypie Quite happy with time given the course. I really didn't have much left at the finish so think I went as hard as I could. Hopefully a return to my earlier days of sub 2 hour halfs aren't far away! Unaffiliated 1:59:40 1:59:40 2:05:00 2:04:47 53.45

Kevski YES! 11 minutes off of last years time and PB. Felt really good, tactics were good and it all fell in to place. Over the moon!! Once again, organisation was spot on. I love this race. Cambridge Harriers, Dulwich Park Runners 1:23:52 1:27:41 1:27:00 1:27:41 66.58

MartinCunningham Superb organisation and great to start and finish on the track. A tough course with some challenging hills not only at 8 to 9 miles in the country park but also earlier. The finish is a 3 mile downhill and then a final lap in the stadium. Found the middle section between 7 and 9 miles tough mentally with my splits showing I lost at least 30 secs per mile but recovered with the final run in to go sub 1:40 which pleased me.
