Debbie G 3rd year in a row :-) Just edited my times again - no swim or bike training at all just lots of slow running ! Really happy with my performance today - 24 sec quicker overall than last year - zero swim training, have not even been in a pool since the tri at Culford last year (apart from one fun splash about in the wave pool at Centre that does not count ;-) ) Great to see the excellent fetch and Stow Strider turn-out :-) Stowmarket Striders RC 8:15 48:00 21:00 7:56 47:02 20:05 1:15:03
