Broccers Was going really well until 9K then legs just went even before the hill. Plus side felt good up until this point. Scar Tissue Warm day. Not bad took it fairly easy for the first 5k then worked hard coming back slightly slower than last year but probably a little bit more in the tank if pushed. Holme Pierrepont RC 33:31 33:38 35:08 76.50

MAD Superman not really a course for a pb - mostly offroad with a few tough hills. XC across field and trails. Had a good run. knew I was running well but didn;t think I'd get a pb. Felt good throughout apart from the last km up that hill. Should be able to go sub 38 if I can find the right course. Finished 7th and won the team prize.
