Alopex Made my marathon debut last Sunday in the Shakespeare. 1:44 first half but cramp & blisters did for me in the second. Recovering well though & looking to get under 4 hours again UKnetrunner 3:33:30 3:33:30 3:44:58 3:33:30 57.98
Capricorn too early for predictions, but plan to do this as my fast spring road marathon (and flm-reject consolation). ** Update ** A new pb, a GFA and a negative split (1:50:52 - 1:49:59) !!!! Had a great run despite it raining the whole way. Good flat, mostly scenic route and great to meet up with PolskaFox along the way. Unaffiliated 3:27:16 3:37:55 3:44:59 3:40:51 63.44
