Em May be a little to soon to predict this time, never run this only walked it many years ago, its for a good cause, the local hospice, will be interesting to see how I do a few weeks prior to GSR. WOW!!!! I actually enjoyed this run!! windy in places and hard work, not sure how accurate the mile markers were as Ive clocked some 7 mm and Im never that quick, main thing is though that I enjoyed it, and it has given me confidence for GSR in a few weeks.
