kudu Great race, felt really strong throughout. With a group of 4 for the first 10 or so miles until I drifted off the front and then kicked a bit a mile or so later as I was slightly behind planned schedule. Went through 13 miles in 1.22ish Ran well down the drains valley and got back on schedule to go through 20 in just under 2.05. Then really pushed it up and down the last few hills was grimacing but felt surprisingly strong to finish in 2.42.35. Very pleased! St Austell Running Club 2:33:15 2:42:35 2:42:35 74.77

Yog-Sothoth Another shocker, but I have only myself to blame - forgot to take any gels, and ran out of steam around mile 22. Summoned enough umph to put on a last desperate spurt down the hill into Pensilva, to duck in under 3:30. Unaffiliated 3:10:17 3:29:44 3:29:44 62.77
