Ands Great race atmosphere. Pity about the wind. Worked hard on ascent only to stand in queue for 5mins to cross the tiny bridge! Bottleneck then progressed as everyone was on a single track, no where to go. But have to say I really enjoyed it, all the rough stuff was great! eL Bee! Fabulous race. Yes, the wind was strong at times. Yes, there was a pretty hefty squall at one point. But what a cracking course. It has a bit of everything short road section - some climbing although not especially steep (apart from the stepped bit) - some easy running on tracks - some more technical running on narrow paths and broken ground - some nice long descents, and some slightly trickier ones, and some mud for the dirty amongst us.
