Gobi I have done 3 half Ironmans in which I have improved consistantly but this year decided I needed another challenge. 55miles over 5 mountains seemed like a good reason for a holiday check out www.comrades.com Depending on training I will run somewhere between 7:30-9:00 hrs UPDATE Last night in the UK, I have run around 1050 miles and feel good. Will run with my pace plan at 6.5-7mph which is how I have prepared from the start and see how I feel on the hills.
