girlie78 Having just driven back from the Lakes, a quick turnaround to get changed, pick up Rufus and head down to MCC to register for race. Sunshine turned to cloud which turned to a hail storm! A good descent off Stoodley through the wood and then out came the snorkel ;-) Waste deep in bog, I dragged myself out and tried to walk on water. Doing my best to wade through the bogs finally made it onto Erringdon moor to be greeted by Richard and Rufus. A fast descent through to the finishers field to discover I was part of the Calder Valley ladies team...over to MCC for prize giving, home to chill out before heading down to the customary fox and goose to meet Jo & Jim for a pint or two.
