Impossible is Nothing Absolute crap. Mind felt good beforehand but legs did feel a bit stiff/weak in warm-up. Didn't start watch so missed first km and km markers all well out (1 km in 4:17 another 3:30!) so didn't get a feel for pace - but nevertheless was trying and can't believe so slow. Got beaten by several people I should have been ahead of but just couldn't catch up. I thought the race mojo was back but tonight was very disappointing. Angry but 3 more 10km this summer so still time to get even. Result 31st out of 270. Update 2 days later - a cold coming on, might have affected this race.
