WildeRover Quite surprised that the course still coped well with the numbers. However, Rodney Parade was awful. A mess from start to finish (literally). Queues to move around the building, for the toilets and baggage drop just merged into a mass of people going nowhere fast. We tried to hold back at the start line to allow a bit of room, but were still virtually walking out the gate. That last lap, of a crumbling banked cycle track - after 13 miles that was about as bad any of the running surfaces. An inward spiral, so that you have to be marshalled across finishing runners.
