A narrow 2-lapper, mostly off-road with a killer hill. Start near the car park (and loos) is very narrow and is congested until the hill when things start to open up. Through the woods then down to do another lap. Will need trail shoes in winter.

Two laps up a very steep often muddy field to wooded paths and back down to the start, lots of fun but not a PB course! Not to forget the interpretive dance of the parkrun briefing! Give it a go!

Starting not far from the car park near a chalk stream, cross the stream then a stony trail before a big uphill into the woods then down again and then repeat the big hill. Great views, great big hill which you can really fly down.
