Ands will be run/WALKing this one. First ever Fell race (walked the Allendale Challenge before). Weather great, too hot for some, but since no flat out road race pace, was great for me. ebox Quite a hot day so hydration a bit of a problem. Route goes up The Cheviot, down the other side, and then up and down Hedgehope, neither runnable for me. A great day out anyway Claremont Road Runners 4:33:26 38.72
Grey Badger One of my fav runs but it was tough this year as it was pretty warm. Moved up from 30th position at one point to finish 10th so i am well pleased. 4000ft of climb and 20 miles. Very well organised by Wooler Running Club. Northumberland Fell Runners 3:56:18 3:35:30 3:29:30 48.35
