Ally2 my 8:42 3000m suggests that a sub 4:10 is poss. 66/67 sec laps. first lap 66, 67 2nd lap, 683rd lap 3:04 at bell so 66 last lap. got overtaken by a speedy vet and 4 whipper snappers on last lap. race won in 4:07ish. 4:10.11 for 6th out of 15/16. not quite sub 4:10 :( but more even pacing than my last 1500m. Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 4:05 4:10 4:09 4:10 84.58
