Keefy Beefy The best I could have done considering my (lack of) training this year. The course was 3-and-a-bit laps of Castle Combe race track. Not really flat and hellishly windy on half of each lap. Was down to 4:40 pace on the windy sections. Unaffiliated 39:36 39:36 43:26 60.78
KITCHEN Quite pleased with time as my legs were still heavy from last weeks Reading half Worth the trip though as my wife won the over 40s prize with a time of 55.10! Tadley Runners 48:57 50:31 52:03 55.67
theraithrover Great surface to run on and though windy on back straight it seems a good course for a PB. Pleased with time and found it a really worthwhile training run before next week's Bath Half. Will certainly run Castle Combe again. South West Veterans AC 40:25 43:40 55:00 48:29 62.33
