Adders Started fast.... very fast. My target pace was 6:40-6:45, but first 3 miles were 6:18, 6:15 and 6:18! Fearing the worst, i kept my target race pace after that without slowing down considerably, so i kept at least a minute ahead of schedule throughout. An excellent race overall. WildeRover Went off a bit too quick and was suprised to see the 1:50 pacer not far ahead at half way...............suffered from about 8 onwards. Still, practically bang on what I was hoping for this year. Well done to the organisers, they managed to iron out nearly all of the issues. The only problems this year were no pre-warning for water stations (which for 11,000 becomes a bit of an issue) and the baggage retrieval after the finish was a mess.
