Grifter Grifter An excellent start made in cloudy conditions saw me comfortably on course for a new PB. Unfortunately, from 4K the clouds cleared, the sun beat down and not having prepared for the solar onslaught (I left my hat behind) my pace dropped. Sorry to all those who betted on me.

pullo pullo Have not decided to enter this race yet may coincide with hol's but if i do enter will give it 100% to beat57:37 as its a local 10Km and i desperatly want to beat my last sorry effort of 59:20.Entry now confirmed bring it on. Think i completed in under 56 minutes but will update when time is confirmed. Spent all night making race-pace band but forgot watch duhhh. Suprised and well happy with 55:02.

Sime Sime Went a little too quick in the first km tried to ease back a little on the 2nd, struggled around 4-5km, I think i was sufferring from the fast start, then managed to get into a steady rhythm for the last 5km, pushed well through the last 12kms.
