fraggle Very very hot today. Swim was great (possibly long?) with gorgeous clear water. I loved the bike, but the run was a disaster. Too hot, and I just couldn't get it together. Have now realised that it was 34C, and I was bordeline getting heatstroke - have sun burn on the back of my neck :o( Unaffiliated 3:17:21 3:17:21
