DrBob very muddy, but spikes worked well. Could go a bit harder, but worked at it. Not at all sure how I'm going to claw back a minute off this time, which is what I'd like to do. Hash First run in a month, finally getting over runners knee. I've never been so happy to turn in a personal worst!!!
