Girlie So long as I stay fit and conditions are favourable- there is no reason why I cant do 2:10 or even better. This race will form part of my marathon training and if all else fails will be a nice long run in company:-)
***UPDATE*** Paced a club mate to a 7 min pb and had a fab day. Really pleased with pace as its around my marathon pace and felt able to carry on at the end of the race. A great, well organised event Bushfield Joggers 2:06:18 2:09:58 2:10:00 2:17:39 52.02

Ricardo Wasn't sure what I was going to do today. I decided to go for 1:31 based on my doubley unlucky number of 1313. In the end I ended up getting under 1:30 which I was incredibly well chuffed with. Unaffiliated 1:29:03 1:29:03 1:31:30 1:29:13 69.41
RichHL I'm not in PB shape so I'm probably going to pace a friend around in about 1:55. If she doesn't want me to pace her on the day then I'll run as hard as I can for as long as I can and see what happens.
