Mr. K. Caesars Camp 50 (5 x 10M). Splits - loads but basically 10M - 2hrs 00mins, 20M - 4hrs 24mins, 30M - 7hrs 15mins, 40M - 10hrs 27mins 19th out of 51 starters - unsure how many DNF Walked most of the last lap except for downward parts. Transition took approx 10mins per lap change over - ok with that but my car was parked the furthest away from Race HQ. Look a detour to get a runner that missed a turn. Lost shoe 3 times in mud - toys out of pram moment. Ran with so many good runners. Learnt so much. A smile can mask so much pain. Cove Joggers, Windle Valley Runners 10:43:47 13:55:46 13:55:46 33.87
