Garf My time on the provisional results sheet was 1h 53m. place 1143 out of 1173 finishers. 1400 entered. Mel finished in 726 place in 1h 26m.... 27 minutes ahead of me. Must get more training in, thats 27m extra drinking time! Personally bloody estatic that I managed to finish and run all 10 miles. Last few miles were uncomfortable due to two large blisters that I picked up 3 miles from finish. The run down the towpath towards Twickenham bridge felt like running over a pebble beach without shoes on, I think if I'd have stepped on an ant I would have felt it though. Aching today but able to walk better than yesterday, lower back is killing me but a mixture of Paracetamol and ibuprofen helps...climbing stairs is still a bit of a challenge.
