Athlete In Progress Legs ached quite a bit from a Track session on Thursday. Worked hard and had good sprint finish to beat few people at end of the race. Probably went off too quick for 1st KM Bit gutted I did not PB! THink I am well capable of getting in the 27's, maybe got to race a little more tactically. Unaffiliated 25:09 28:08 28:30 28:29 45.12
