Cookie I hadn't felt good this week but thought I'd give it a go and see what happened. Had a really good first half and went through my first split in my fastest time of the year. But I couldn't keep that going. Even so, I finished with a time I've only bettered once in 2007 so I'm quite pleased really. Ranelagh Harriers 19:49 20:26 20:56 64.64
