Caterpillar Not too bad. It's getting busy! Too many people to get through - I'm going to have to start faster in this race in future. 4.25 at the 1k mark, and I didn't manage to make much of it up before the end. Still, getting closer to 20 mins again. Unaffiliated 19:37 19:43 20:15 71.57
Cookie It was a bit sticky today! Felt good through halfway, just a bit down on previous weeks. Slowed up to Teddington gate a little and had nothing for a surge down that long final straight.
