Athlete In Progress No Sub 25 pacemaker through me a bit and did not know where I was with my pace until looking at watch at certain points, heel still giving me pain but did feel I ran well and had I had someone to follow could of run quicker. However no excuses, still ran quite well and a 2nd run in the 25's just LOL! Unaffiliated 25:09 25:51 25:50 25:59 49.61
