About this parkrun
Nov 2016 - Well-maintained tarmac, and is flat, barring a few short undulations at the underpass. An out and back like course but with two laps of the lake.njosmith 10th Jan 2019
All tarmac, 1 lap, flat, very fast. Interesting course - under the 'bridge to nowhere', a loop around the lake, then that long final straight. PB potential. Recommended!

An out and backer with two laps round the lake. Lovely course with a few sharp turns. Used to love this course when I lived in the area. Road shoes.
